A gain…oh well
I have been extremely stressed over the past few weeks, and I guess my gain is a result of not concentrating on the plan like I should. I gained one pound which leaves me with a total loss to date of 11 pounds. My week starts over today, so I will just get back on track and try again.

I’ve had so many gains along the way I can’t even remember them. It happens and 1 pound could very well be gone by next week. Hang in there!
Adding a pound is ok. Believe me I’ve been there. I have gained anywhere from four to seven pounds in a matter of several days. Yuk. Just get back in the game and push on. You’ll lose it and more in the coming days and weeks!

Just adding to my previous post:
If I added back and then subtracted the gains I’ve had over a year, my weight loss would not have been today’s 93 lbs, it would have been about 130 lbs! No kidding.
Hang in there as I know you will. Don’t give up. You’ll get there. We all will.
